NTA has released the NEET syllabus and exam pattern. There are no changes in the NEET 2024 syllabus and it will be the same as the previous year’s syllabus. The Neet syllabus has been designed after considering the syllabus of state boards of 11th and 12th Class. Here we provide you with the subject and topic-wise NEET Syllabus. The applicants who will be filling out their NEET Application Form 2024 check the NEET 2024 syllabus and revised Exam Pattern from this page for their preparation.
NTA had made slight changes in the NEET Exam Pattern stating that the exam pattern for each subject has been divided into 2 sections for 200 questions in total out of which questions will be optional for 5 each subject. However, the number of questions, exam time, and total marks remain the same.

NEET UG Syllabus 2024
The NEET Exam is a medical entrance examination conducted every year all over india by the NTA for students aspiring to pursue medical courses across medical colleges in the country. For the academic year 2024-25 exam will be conducted on 5th May 2024 (Sunday) and the registration process start in March 2024. From the syllabus, you can cover all the topics for the exam.

Exam Pattern NTA NEET 2024
- There will be 2 sections in each subject consisting of 35 questions in Section A and 15 questions in Section B.
- There will be 200 questions in total.
- NEET UG is a pen and paper-based test, to be answered on the specially designed machine-gradable OMR sheet using a Point Pen.
