Educational Qualfiication:-
- Applicants must have passed the 12th class.
- They have undergone 2 2-year Multi Purpose Health Worker training courses or ANM Training Course awarded by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
- They have a registration certificate issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurse and Midwives Council and must have physical fitness.

- Differently Abled Person– 18 Years to 52 Years
- Shelterless widow- 18 Years to 59 Years
