SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The applicants have to fulfill the below eligibilty criteria for the post of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator and candidates must be citizens of India.
Junior Translator Qualification –
- Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English/ English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
- Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi and English/ English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
- Master’s Degree From a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level and recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and Vice Versa of 2-year experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Officer, including Government of India Undertaking.
Senior Translator –
- Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English/ English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
- Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi and English/ English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
- Master’s Degree From a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.
- Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and Vice Versa or 3 Years of experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or state government Officer, including Government of India Undertaking.
