- Nationality: Only Indian candidates are eligible for the entrance examination.
- Domicile: It is also very important to have the domicile of Bihar State.
- Education: Candidates also have must be passed the diploma examination in Engineering & Technology. Or passed B.Sc Degree from the recognized university or its equivalent.
