  Eligibility Criteria for SECL Operator & Minor Jobs 2023

Educational Qualification –

Dumper Operator\ Dozer Operator – Candidate should have possessed class- VIII with valid Transport License or HMV Licence with the permanent employee with 1-year service.

• Pay Loader Operator –Candidate should have possessed class- VIII with valid Transport License or HMV Licence with the permanent employee with 2 years service

Shovel Operator – Must have passed 10th class & permanent employee with 2 years of service.

Surface Miner/ Continuous Miner Operator (TR) – Must have 10th passed and with valid Transport License or HMV Licence with the permanent employee with 2 years service
