Educational Qualification –
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University including an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD).
- Applicants possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering\ Chartered Accountant (CA), and Cost Accountant would also be eligible.
Experience –
Minimum Two years experience (Post Essential Academic Qualification Experience) as on 30.9.2023 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in the 2nd Schedule of RBI Bank.
Local Language –
- Must have studied the Local language as one of the subjects in 10th or 12th standard.
Age Limit –
The age limit is 18 to 30 years as of 30th September 2023. For post-wise details and category-wise age relaxation information read given below table-

Selection Process –
- The selection process consists of Online Test, Screening, and Interview.
Exam Pattern for Online Test
- The exam will consist of Objective Tests for 120 marks and a Descriptive Test for 50 marks.
- The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after the conclusion of the Objective Test. Candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the
- computer.
Objective Test:
- The duration of the test is 2 hours.
- The exam consists of 4 Sections for a total of 120 marks.
- There will be separate timing for every section.

The starting basic pay is Rs. 36,000/- on the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-
49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus 2 advance increments. (For work experience of Two years or more in officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Bank).
