The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has released the notification for the recruitment of Constable in TS Police to fill 15644 vacancies of SCT PC Civil and/or equivalent posts and 63 vacancies of Transport Constables and 614 vacancies of Prohibition & Excise Constables. Lakhs of candidates had applied online for the Telangana Police Constable post till 20th May 2022.
Now the recruitment authority is going to conduct a written exam on 28th August 2022. TSLPRB PC Police Constable Call Letter 2022 Download
We advise the applicants who have applied for TS Constable Recruitment, to prepare themselves for this exam very well. Because the examination authority will shortlist the candidates for Physical Tests on the basis of marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination. TSPLRB is going to organize the preliminary exam for the constable posts on 28th August 2022.
As we have discussed earlier on this webpage, in the first stage of the selection process preliminary exam will be conducted. TS Police Constable Preliminary Exam Pattern 2022
All the eligible candidates will be required to appear in the preliminary written examination if they want to move to the next stage. The exam will be conducted at the same time at the following exam centers in the state.
- The exam will be conducted offline based on the OMR sheet.
- 200 objective-type MCQs questions will be asked in the preliminary exam.
- 1 mark will be given for every correct answer.
- The time duration for the exam is of 3 hours.
- The medium of the paper would be English, Telugu, and Urdu.
All categories of candidates have to score at least 30% marks if they want to qualify for the next round. Candidates securing less than 30% marks in the preliminary written examination will not qualify for the next round.
