आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के पास इंजीनियरिंग डिप्लोमा/बी.ई./बी.टेक/बैचलर्स डिग्री/डिप्लोमा/12वीं/10वीं होना चाहिए। इन योग्यताओं के साथ-साथ कुछ पदों पर आवेदन करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों के पास 0 से 2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
