- A Candidate must have a degree\diploma in SAI, NS NIS, from a recognized Indian/ foreign university (or) Olympic/ Paralympics/ International Participation (or) Dronacharya Awardee.

- Medal winner in Olympic /World Championship Or Twice Olympic Participation OR
