Sub Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College. - Typewriting test: 30 words per minute typing speed in English on PC.
- Computer Proficiency Test: Applicants must have passed a Certificate Course of the duration of not less than 6 months on MS-Windows Operating System and Desktop applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), e-mail management, and internet surfing.
Essential Requirement for Skill Test for Stenographer:
- Stenography Test: Applicants must have a speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography.
- Typewriting test: Candidates should have a speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing on PC.
- Computer Proficiency Test: Aspirants should have passed a certificate course of a duration of not less than 6 months on MS Windows Operating systems and Desktop applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), e-mail management, and internet surfing.
