Senior Capacity Building Consultant and State Quality Monitor:-
- Candidates have a Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
- Canidates have At least 9 Years first hand combined experience having worked at the District/State/National level on issues related to Panchayat Governance, implementation of Rural Development programs, Decentralised Planning, Capacity Building, and Training of Panchayats on all or most aspects of Panchayats and Rural Development including the development of women and children and backward sections in rural areas.
