BSC In Community Health/ Nurse (GNM Or BSC)/ Ayurveda Practitioner (BAMS).
Registered in Rajasthan Nursing Council / Medical Board of India Rajasthan.

Maximum Age – 45 year (Age relaxation will be given as per rules)
