About KARTET 2023
KARTET (Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test) is a state-level entrance examination that will be conducted in two papers. Paper-1 for class 1st to 5th and paper 2 for class 6th to 8th. The candidates who qualify for KARTET 2023 is deserved to apply for Primary & Upper Primary Teacher Jobs in the state of Karnataka. Only qualified candidates can get the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Certificate with lifetime validity.

Eligibility Criteria of Karnataka TET 2023
Education Qualification
KAR TET qualification for Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5)
Candidates Must Have PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and pass or appear in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR
Applicants should have PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks passed or appearing in the final year or 4th year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Aspirants must have qualified Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR
Candidates must have graduated with at least 50% marks and passed or appeared in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
KAR TET qualification for Upper Primary Teachers (Class 6 to 8)
Aspirants must have completed graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appear in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Candidates must have graduated with at least 50% marks and passed or appeared in the final year of a 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
OR
Applicants should have completed PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- a year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Applicants have passed PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appeared in the final year of 4- year B.A.Ed /B.Sc.Ed.

How to Apply for Karnataka TET Application Form 2023?
- Firstly, candidates visit the official website @schooleducation.kar.nic.in.
- On the homepage start the registration by entering the basic details.
- Re-login with user name & password.
- Start to fill out the KARTET Application Form.
- Upload the Scanned copy of the document as per the requirement.
- Pay the Application fee.
- Finally, take a printout of the complete Application form for further reference.

- Karnataka TET Will Be Conducted in Two Papers, Paper 1, and Paper 2.
- Paper -I will be conducted for classes I to V.
- Paper-II will be conducted for classes VI to VIII
